It's likely a hardware issue.
That or your not using Dual Layered disks. If your not using Virbatim I reccommend doing so they are the best disks out. More expensive but worth every penny.

if for sum reson u get an i/o error wen u try burnin games its not the games that r fucked its ur power supply on ur laptop or pc i had same error for 3 week untill i found the problem n changed my power supply in my pc
